A helicopter carrying President Trump landed at Morristown Municipal Airport at 5:23.
Trump walked from the helicopter to Air Force One at 5:29, meaning we will depart later than anticipated (original take off time was 5:20).
Trump waved and indicated he may take reporter questions on board, pointing to the plane and mouthing something in response to the shouted question, "Is healthcare dead Mr. President?"
Stephen Miller, Hope Hicks and John Kelly also were spotted.
Trump will be accompanied on board by Alabama Sen. Richard Shelby, who reporters saw boarding more than an hour ago.
