The president said he sends good wishes to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who has been treated for pancreatic cancer.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with her. We wish her well. She's strong, she's tough. She's pulled through a lot."
He confirmed that he spoke to the Danish PM and had a "nice" conversation. "She was very nice. We agreed to speak later. She put a call in [to him] and I appreciated it very much."
Asked if he is responsible for Friday's 600-point loss in the stock market, he said "not at all" and recounted how much stock prices have risen since his election.
"So don't talk to me about 600 points," he said.
On China, "This is more important than anything else that we're working on, just about."
On Powell, "I don't think he's much of a chess player, but I've got him, what can I tell you."
