The president’s motorcade arrived at Trump National in Sterling, VA, around 10:22 am. A few protesters were spotted either nearby or outside, including one person holding a sign that read “traitor” and another just outside the golf club that read “impeach.” One person outside the club held a sign with a rather lengthy phrase: “With blood on his fingers and spurs on his toes he will hear whistles wherever he goes.”

The president tweeted four times during the ride, criticizing House Democrats, the media, the whistleblower, and GOP Sen. Mitt Romney.

Pool is now holding at a nearby Italian restaurant.
